OR develops and distributes fuels for domestic and international marine vessels, ranging from cargo vessels, warships, refrigerated cargo vessels or reefers, dry bulk carriers, petroleum and chemical tankers, passenger ships, car carriers to offshore utility vessels.
The quality specifications of our marine fuels are in accordance with international standards, ensuring customers’ confidence in quality and services specifically designed for each product, including direct delivery to users or ship owners and through independent suppliers or traders.
Moreover, thanks to more than 1,000 ports of bunker international network operated by OR and its global business alliances, customer can rest assured of OR’s product and service quality, as well as availability of marine fuel oil.
In addition to marine fuel oil, lubricating oil products meeting various international standards for ocean liners and marine vessels are available at these 1,000 ports in more than 100 countries.
• High-speed diesel with low sulfur marine gas oil (LSMGO) with less than 0.05% sulfur content for vessels to comply with the order of the Department of Energy Business, Ministry of Energy, and the ISO8217/DMA standard.
• Bunker Fuel Oil No. 1 or marine fuel oil 80 CST 600 Sec, in compliance with the order of the Department of Energy Business, Ministry of Energy, and the ISO8217/RMD15 standard.
• Bunker Fuel Oil No. 2, with less than 2% sulfur content, in compliance with the order of the Department of Energy Business, Ministry of Energy.
• Marine Fuel Oil 0.5% S or very low sulfur fuel oil (VLSFO) with less than 0.5% sulfur content, in compliance with the order of the Department of Energy Business, Ministry of Energy, and the ISO8217/2017 (RME 180/RMG 380) standard.
Quality
OR has adopted CP60 as the code of practice under the ISO 13739 international standard for receiving and delivery practices for marine fuel oil, identical to the practice universally adopted by international ports, including the Port of Singapore, as the operational guidelines for its petroleum product reserves in the central and regional facilities. All facilities and laboratories operated by OR, including metering and measurement instruments, as well as calibration tools and procedures, are certified with TISI/ISO9001 on quality management and ISO/IEC17025 on competence of testing and calibration. The certification is assessed and kept current annually, ensuring customers’ confidence in product and service reliability and accurate delivery volumes.
Environment
OR strictly adheres to MARPOL Annex VI compliance and the standard on quality products and quality product delivery. OR’s depot tanks of product reserves, both in central and regional locations, are fully certified with ISO 14001, the international standard for an effective environmental management system.
Safety
OR has implemented a modern safety management system in operating all its inventory facilities, which are also certified with the TISI/OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system.
